The ninth annual Young Entertainer Awards will be a star-studded celebration honoring this year’s outstanding nominees and announcing the winners.
The event will take place at the historic El Portal Theatre, located in the heart of North Hollywood. A cherished landmark since its opening in 1926, the theater originally hosted Vaudeville acts, silent films, and later Academy Award-winning movies as the premier cinema in the valley. Over the decades, the El Portal has endured the Jazz Age, the Great Depression, four wars, and the 1994 Northridge earthquake. After a major restoration, it reopened in January 2000.
Today, the El Portal Theatre continues to shine as a cultural hub, hosting countless performances and serving as a popular location for television and film productions. Situated across from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and just minutes from Universal Studios, Warner Bros., and Disney Studios, it remains a centerpiece of entertainment history.
